Job description

your mission

We're turning weeks of real estate advice into in-depth, real-time analysis with AI - and in 2026 we're bringing that to Spain. You make this a reality on site in Madrid.
syte is a fast-growing, AI-powered geo-intelligence platform that is redefining real estate decisions. Founded in Münster in 2021, we are now a team of over 35 people with more than 200 customers in the DACH region - from project developers to asset and investment managers to brokers, banks and municipalities. Our platform analyzes over 62 million parcels and 55 million buildings in real time, delivering in minutes what previously took weeks of advice. For this we were awarded the German AI Award and named PropTech of the Year.

Spain is one of our first markets outside the DACH region. As Country Manager Spain (m/f/d), you are syte's first person on site - the face of the brand and the trustworthy voice of our platform in every customer, partner and industry conversation.

Spain is a relationship-driven market – trust is built personally, over time, in Spanish. The data situation is also demanding: fragmented municipal regulations, LIDAR-based 3D modeling and a planning landscape that differs from community to community. You know this market and know how to open doors that remain closed to others.

This is the most entrepreneurial role at syte in 2026: You implement the playbook that decides whether syte wins Spain.

Your tasks

Brand ambassador: You are the voice and face of syte in Spain - at events, on stage, in meetings, on LinkedIn. You represent who we are, what we stand for and what we build.

Sales responsibility Spain: You conduct the entire Spanish customer conversation - from the first contact to the signed contract. Discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation. You are the person every Spanish prospect talks to.

Pipeline structure: cold outreach, warm intros, events, panels. You don't wait for inbound. You know Spanish project developers, asset managers, architects and investment managers - and you don't hesitate to pick up the phone.

Industry presence: You represent syte at the relevant events – SIMA, SIMAPRO, MIPIM, PropTech Connect. You build syte's reputation in the Spanish market, one conversation at a time.

Focus on the first customers: You personally onboard the first Spanish customers and stay close to them. Your success is our reference, your feedback shapes our roadmap.

Market Radar: You translate Spanish reality into clear input for Lena and the product team - which regulatory layers are missing for Spanish workflows, how architects and developers actually work, which segments convert first and where cultural nuances change the message.

Partnerships and Advisors: You will take over and further develop syte's existing Spanish relationships and bring new ones into the network - from innovative architects to institutional developers to digitally thinking asset managers.

your profile

Your network is your strongest asset: you have real, current relationships with decision-makers in the Spanish real estate industry - developers, architects, asset managers, investment managers. People answer when you call. You can name 30+ accounts where you would start tomorrow.

Technical sovereignty is non-negotiable: You understand AI, geo-intelligence, data products and B2B SaaS deeply enough to demonstrate, discuss and defend our platform to experienced real estate professionals as well as technical buyers.

Experience in the Spanish real estate market: You have worked with or sold to developers, asset managers, architects or investment managers in Spain. You know the planning system, the Catastro, the Comunidades, the rhythm of this market - and how decisions are actually made here.

Track record in B2B SaaS sales: You have concluded real ARR contracts and know what a consulting sales cycle looks like. PropTech experience is a plus, not a must.

Hunter Mentality: You don't shy away from the phone. A “no” is not a setback, but a motivation. You have grit and want to win. Ambiguity motivates you to find solutions and you report clearly.

Communication skills: Spanish is your native language and you have excellent written and spoken business Spanish and English. You can explain complex things simply. Knowledge of German is a plus.

Residence in Madrid or the willingness to move there from day one.

Work permit for Spain.
