Coordinator / Rail Project Management Support

Role Summary

Ensure monitoring of project activities and associated deliverables.

Participate in resource management and team load/capacity monitoring.

Organize, prepare and lead project monitoring meetings.

Consolidate and update performance indicators and reporting.

Guarantee the quality, consistency and reliability of project data.

Coordinate exchanges between the different stakeholders.

Identify blocking points and report alerts to management.

Challenge the technical information transmitted by engineers to ensure its consistency and relevance.

Independently search for the information necessary to advance activities.

Confirmed mastery of Pack Office

• Excel (pivot tables, data tracking, reporting, analyses)
• Outlook
• PowerPoint appreciated

Project planning monitoring and management.

Good understanding of technical and industrial environments.

Ability to interpret and challenge technical data.

Knowledge of project processes and activity monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Bac +5 in engineering, project management, industrial management or equivalent.
• First experience of at least 1 year in project management, coordination of activities or team monitoring.
• Experience in the industrial, railway, automotive or technical sectors is appreciated.
• Interest in technical and industrial environments.
• Knowledge of the railway sector is an asset.
