Role Summary

We are looking for an integrated management systems coordinator (with an emphasis on Industrial Safety) to join our team at Sika Mexicana. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between various departments, ensuring coordination and smooth implementation of our integrated management systems. The ideal candidate will be an organized, meticulous person committed to complying with established standards, while promoting Safety, environmental care and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Responsible for coordinating compliance with activities for Safety, Hygiene and aspects

  • Coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance of the integrated management system (ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Monitor compliance with ISO standards and internal policies in all operational departments
  • Conduct periodic audits and evaluations to identify deficiencies and opportunities for process improvement
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive records, reports and metrics related to system performance

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure consistent understanding and application of management system requirements.

Support the onboarding and training of employees in management system procedures and best practices.

Analyze data and trends to provide recommendations to improve system effectiveness and efficiency.

Manage document control systems to ensure all procedures and records are up to date and accessible.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective measures.

Follow up on management with staff and authorities for compliance with legislation

environmental, hygiene and ecology.

Monitors and follows up on legal compliance programs in the regional offices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Experience in chemical, petrochemical or similar industry
  • Advanced Knowledge of Process Safety (Process Safety, such as operational controls related to Man-Machine-Substance safety)
  • Mastery in root cause analysis for attention to non-conformities, claims and accidents-incidents
  • Mastery of ERP systems and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English required: intermediate essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or similar quality management frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge in the management of environmental, health and safety legal requirements
