Coordination and performance management 3DEXPERIENCE - PLM - Lorient

Role Summary

What if you joined our teams as a 3DEXPERIENCE Performance Pilot?

You will join a mission with one of our clients in the defense sector, based in Lorient.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance incidents mainly in the area of moving in (reproduction, root cause analysis, etc.)
• Ensure the tracking of tickets in the ALM tool (update, follow-up of stakeholders, etc.)
• Ensure communication of progress to users

Coordinate the activity with the publisher (additional inputs requested by the latter, progress of resolutions (resolution avenues identified, delivery date, etc.)

• Validate the corrections of incidents on the integration environment or have them validated by the various stakeholders
• Classify the root causes of incidents
• Ensure regular reporting of actions
• Enrich a knowledge base following incidents handled
• Implement and manage activity-related indicators
• Participate in activity steering bodies

Requirements

Let's talk about you

• Do you have a BAC+5 degree from an engineering school or university, or equivalent training?
• Are you familiar with PLM tools, particularly the 3DEXPERIENCE tool from Dassault Systèmes?
• Do you have good knowledge of PLM and industrial design issues?
• Force of proposal, you have interpersonal skills and have good communication skills? Do you know how to work in a team and get teamwork done?
• Are you a good listener and know how to distinguish/understand customer needs? Your sense of responsibility and quality of service, as well as your ability to meet deadlines and make decisions will be your assets.
• Previous experience in the Naval sector or in an industrial context will be appreciated.
• Do you have good coordination skills (multidisciplinary actors: program, client and solution publisher) in order to converge on the resolution of performance incidents?
