Contech Project Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Coordinator of Implementation of Contech solutions at Digital Bricks to accompany the digital transformation in engineering and construction projects.

As a coordinator you will be supporting the Delivery team in the agile implementation of technological solutions in construction projects using the SCRUM methodology and carrying out technical consultancies.

As a coordinator, your primary goal is to deliver a customer experience on every project, measure and communicate success internally and externally, and drive sustainable growth for Digital Bricks customers.

Responsibilities

🔹 Contech Project Management and Coordination

• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of digital transformation projects in construction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure the correct adoption of Contech tools.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards in each implementation.

🔹 Implementation of Digital Technologies

• Support the integration of BIM, VDC, IoT, collaborative platforms and automation in projects.
• Manage the implementation of software such as Procore, Revizto, Power BI, among others.
• Supervise interoperability between different digital tools on site and in the office.

🔹 Team Training and Support

• Provide support to clients and teams in the adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Document processes and generate progress reports on technological implementation.

🔹 Data Monitoring and Analysis

• Use Power BI and management dashboards to evaluate the impact of digitalization on projects.
• Collect key information and generate performance reports for process optimization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience in the construction industry minimum of 2 years
• Experience with the implementation and/or use of collaborative platforms (ACC, Procore, Trimble, etc...)
• Experience in advisory roles;
• Experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM
• Experience applying LEAN Construction.
• Knowledge of the BIM methodology and the VDC framework
• Able to adapt quickly to change and be flexible
• Ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups and to work with all levels of management.
• Excellent oral and written presentation with interlocutors at different levels (management, leadership and workers)

Technical requirements

• Basic knowledge of design tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Autocad)
• Knowledge of PowerBI (intermediate)
• Understands basic programming concepts
