Role Summary

Our client is a management engineering and IT solutions consulting company for hotels and tourism companies and is currently looking for a Junior Consultant to join their team, 100% remote.

Mission

Support the execution of consulting projects for companies in the hotel and tourism industry, participating in information analysis, project control, preparation of strategic proposals and training clients in the use of different technological platforms. This role offers an important learning curve, allowing you to progressively develop autonomy while working alongside consultants with extensive experience.

Main Functions

Project Management Support

Follow up on projects using tools such as Gantt Chart and Asana, ensuring compliance with deadlines and tasks.

Support the coordination of activities with clients and keep project information updated.

Collaborate in the execution of consulting projects, working under the supervision of senior consultants and progressively developing autonomy.

Information Analysis and Strategy Development

Analyze data using analysis tools such as Excel, BI and others.

Prepare deliverable reports and identify insights that support the definition of strategies for clients.

Prepare and participate in presentations, ensuring accuracy and quality in the information presented.

Collaborate in the development of proposals for structures, strategies and solutions aligned with the needs of each client.

Relationship with Clients.

Participate in information gathering meetings with clients, understanding their needs and supporting the search for solutions.

Train clients in the use of platforms and systems used by the consulting firm, delivering information in a clear and professional manner.

Incorporate expert and functional knowledge about the different technological solutions with which the company works, understanding their architecture and operation to adequately advise clients, and maintaining an updated knowledge base.

Learning and Professional Development

Acquire knowledge about Revenue Management and the main systems used in the hotel industry, such as Oracle Opera PMS, IDeaS RMS, Amadeus, SiteMinder and Daily Revenue.

Work closely with the Chief Consultant, receiving continuous support and training during the learning process.

Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of projects, providing a proactive, analytical and excellence-oriented attitude.

Requirements

Position Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or equivalent careers with an analytical profile.
• Between 0 to 3 years of work experience.
• Advanced command of Excel and experience with BI tools.
• Desirable basic/intermediate use of relational databases (SQL), knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs, Python, Machine Learning and automation/AI tools applied to data at the user/intermediate level.
• Solid knowledge of management concepts and business processes.
• Intermediate-advanced English, with the ability to maintain conversations and function in a professional environment.
• Portuguese will be considered a plus.
• High analytical skills, organization and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, autonomy and willingness to take on challenges and meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and interest in developing relationships with clients.
• Motivation to learn consulting, new technologies and the advanced Revenue Management business.
• Availability to work remotely with full dedication from any country, and visit clients in Latin America when required.
