Consultor/a Senior Lean

Role Summary

We want to incorporate a Lean and continuous improvement Consultant for national and international projects.

We would like you to be a person accustomed to managing projects with a high level of planning, a clear focus on results, who likes to work in a team and has good communication skills.

Our ideal candidate is a Senior Engineer or Technician or Degree with experience in the industrial sector and highly valuable experience in the automotive sector.

The functions you will perform on a daily basis will be:

Evaluation and improvement of processes, implementation of the LEAN Continuous Improvement System in the different areas of the company and clients.

Project development, definition of plans to implement and management of their consolidation.

Promote business growth and search for new opportunities.

Perform value analysis (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes.

Carry out training for client teams in LEAN methodologies.

Implementation of Strategic Improvement Plans providing support in the operational management routines of middle management or senior management at the client.

Requirements

We need you to have a university degree, preferably in Engineering.

• Professionals who have developed their careers in industrial plants or productive environments, with experience in positions such as:
• APU Manager / Production Manager
• PC&L Manager / Planning and Logistics Manager
• PC&L Improvement Coordinator
• FES Specialist / Specialist in Operational Excellence
• Warehouse Manager / Supervisor
• and today they want to apply that knowledge from a global vision of the business, helping other organizations to improve results.
• Experience in implementing Lean Continuous Improvement Methodologies in industrial environments of Operations/Production/Logistics/Quality/Projects/Maintenance in an industrial company will be valued.
• Experience in product development and project management with agile methodologies will be an advantage, as well as previous experience in consulting.
• High level of Excell, Power Bi tools.
• Minimum English level C1.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
