Consultor/a Lean

Role Summary

We currently want to incorporate a Lean Consultant for our team located in Madrid

We would like you to be a person accustomed to managing projects with a high level of planning, a clear focus on results, who likes to work as a team and have good communication skills.

Our ideal candidate is a technical engineer who will be part of our SGS Productivity by Leansis business line.

The functions they will perform in your day to day life will be:

Evaluation and improvement of processes, implementation of the LEAN Continuous Improvement System in the different areas of the company and clients.

Project development, definition of plans to implement and management of their consolidation.

Promote business growth and search for new opportunities.

Perform value analysis (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes.

Carry out training for client teams in LEAN methodologies.

Requirements

• What profile are we looking for?
• We need you to have a university degree, preferably in Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in implementing Lean Continuous Improvement Methodologies in industrial environments and/or as Head of Operations/Production/Logistics/Quality/Projects/Maintenance in an industrial company with a high degree of implementation of Lean Methodologies.
• Experience in product development and project management with agile methodologies will be an advantage, as well as previous experience in consulting.
• Six Sigma knowledge will be valued

High level of Excell, Power Bi tools

• B2 English level, and we will also assess if you have other languages such as French or German.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
