Role Summary

Within Talan, the specialized business unit and partner of the Servicenow solution. She works with major accounts to design, develop and optimize solutions around ServiceNow, with strong technical and business expertise.

As part of the CloudSpirit team, you will work on our clients' ServiceNow platforms as a senior consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Design technical solutions that meet business needs,
  • Configure and develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform in accordance with the user stories in the backlog,
  • Write technical documentation according to team standards,
  • Carry out user story integration tests,
  • Handle ServiceNow incidents transmitted by functional administrators (level 2 assistance),
  • Prepare and ensure the different stages of production.
  • The missions will be carried out within a team of around 30 people, made up of architects, junior and senior technical consultants.
  • Profile sought
  • Experience of at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments,
  • Mastery of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change),
  • Knowledge of CMDB, HR, ITBM, CSM modules
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices,
  • Mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies,
  • Ability to configure and configure ServiceNow modules in an advanced manner,

Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration.
