Consultant/Senior Consultant SAP Controlling (m/w/d)

Role Summary

In your role as a SAP Controlling Consultant, you advise our customers on transformation, optimization and implementation projects related to SAP S/4HANA. Depending on your experience and specialist focus, you will either work in the SAP controlling and project system (PS) environment or with a focus on controlling and profitability analysis (PA). We are looking for committed consultants for both areas of focus who will support our customers in the further development of their controlling processes.

You analyze existing business processes, identify optimization potential and develop sustainable target architectures along the value chain

You design, implement and optimize SAP controlling solutions as part of SAP S/4HANA transformation projects

Depending on your focus, you will be responsible for solutions in project controlling and project accounting or in the area of product cost accounting, profitability analysis and CO-PA

The integration into adjacent modules such as FI, MM, SD and PP as well as the design of interfaces to other process areas are part of your area of responsibility

You will be responsible for managing workshops and coordination with the departments and accompanying our customers through all project phases - from technical conception to implementation and testing to go-live and hypercare

In addition, you support S/4HANA transformations through customizing, specifications, cutover and testing activities as well as sustainable documentation and knowledge transfer

In international teams and projects, you will work closely with various stakeholders and benefit from possible on-site assignments with our customers

Consulting means flexibility: Your project deployment depends on the customer and project situation - throughout Germany, in our offices, on site at the customer's site or hybrid from home

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in the SAP controlling environment, ideally from consulting or in-house areas
• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP controlling and have already gained experience in SAP S/4HANA projects
• You have experience in at least one of the two main areas: SAP project system (PS) and project controlling or manufacturing controlling with a focus on product cost accounting, profitability analysis and CO-PA
• You are familiar with business processes in the project, production or logistics environment as well as their integration into SAP
• Ideally, you have experience in transformation, implementation or rollout projects in the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Knowledge of the integration of SAP with related modules such as FI, MM, SD or PP as well as with third-party and peripheral systems rounds off your professional profile
• You are characterized by analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working and a confident demeanor in a customer environment
• Strong communication skills, personal responsibility and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English round off your profile
