Consultant sénior Coach Agile - People Experience & Change - IDF H/F

Role Summary

Within Sopra Steria Next People Experience & Change, you will join a rapidly growing team of 220 consultants, supporting large companies and public actors in their human, organizational and digital transformation projects.

We work on strategic and operational issues around the transformation of organizations, change management, employee experience, HR transformation, skills development, adoption of digital solutions, evolution of working methods as well as support for transformations induced by artificial intelligence and new technologies.

Our teams design and deploy systems to secure the adoption of transformations, strengthen employee commitment and develop the adaptation capabilities of organizations in a constantly evolving environment.

Present in France and working with organizations in all sectors of activity, our teams contribute to meeting the major challenges of business transformation by reconciling performance, innovation and human impact.

Attached to Sopra Steria Next, you will join the People Experience & Change division as an Agile Coach to support the digital and agile transformation of organizations. The center brings together expertise from today and tomorrow that is as cutting-edge as it is comprehensive (Constumer & Value, HR Change & Transformation, Agile Coach, Organization Transformation).

Your role and missions

You will support companies in their transformation, with agility at scale as a means, and will have the following missions:

Carrying out diagnostics of customer operational models in terms of portfolio management and program/project monitoring

The proposal of a coherent and contextualized support strategy for the implementation of Lean Portfolio Management (SAFe): interest for the client, action plan, phases, system and duration of support

The proposal of a coherent and contextualized strategy to support the implementation of agile programs at scale (SAFe trains)

Facilitating awareness/training in agility at scale (SAFe LPM, Leading SAFe, or equivalents)

Field coaching and deployment of SAFe trains, with a coach of coaches posture (RTE/SM): preparation (Vision, Roadmap), launch (PI Planning) and monitoring (Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, Inspect & Adapt)

Empowerment, mentoring and the anchoring of agile good practices at the scale of agile portfolios and programs: supervision, audit, maturity measurements, requests for specific expertise, embarking on new territories, community of practice animation, asset sharing, etc.

Requirements

• You are a graduate of an engineering, business, university school or equivalent
• You have at least 4 years of experience within a consulting firm with successful experiences in deploying agile at scale as a coach and/or SPC
• You are certified as a SAFe program consultant
• You are dynamic, ambitious, methodical, educational and know how to adopt an advisory posture
• You have a good command of English
