Consultant Senior AI Engineer & GenAI H/F - Practice IA & SmartOps - Nantes

Role Summary

Within IA & Smart Ops, a team of nearly 80 consultants, experts and managers, we support large organizations in the design and deployment of generative AI solutions with strong business impact.

We work with major players in the public sectors, financial services, industry, energy, defense and health, on strategic issues combining innovation, digital sovereignty, security and transformation of operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI solutions;
• Implement business assistants, co-pilots and AI agents;
• Develop RAG architectures and applications based on LLMs;
• Participate in the industrialization and scaling up of solutions;
• Support clients in the framing and implementation of their use cases;

Contribute to technological monitoring and the development of AI & Smart Ops expertise.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning or Data Science;
• Mastery of Python and the main AI frameworks;
• Experience with LLMs, RAGs, AI agents and GenAI tools;

Taste for innovative subjects, complex problem solving and customer relations.
