Consultant Junior Manufacturing - Colomiers

Role Summary

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Junior Manufacturing consultant M/F.

Directly attached to the Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consulting Business Line in Toulouse, your objective will be to help our clients improve their industrial performance by integrating CIMPA teams on major projects around PLM.

Our field missions and our close collaboration with customers place us at the heart of their challenges and their products. With our PLM experience and our knowledge of the product life cycle (E2E Process, Method & Tools), we are true partners in their operational efficiency, we are co-building with them the industry of tomorrow.

Thanks to access to a training catalog, exchange and mutual assistance with your colleagues as well as several skills centers, you will have all the cards in hand to succeed in your missions:

• Participate in carrying out study missions, diagnosis and improvement proposals related to Supply Chain & Manufacturing activities
• Support our clients in the design and implementation of their transformation strategies
• Support the management and deployment of industrial projects
• Structure and lead project meetings
• Provide tactical support for performance management
• Ensure and develop customer relationships
• Contribute to the drafting of commercial proposals
• Detect all development opportunities

Requirements

• Higher education Bac+5 such as Engineering School, or equivalent training,
• You have a first successful experience, and more particularly within Manufacturing & Supply Chain activities
• You are a good communicator, both written and oral.
• You are recognized for your ability to adapt and your organization
• You have participated in project management or management of a project portfolio
• You like customer contact and working in a team
• You have a good spirit of analysis and synthesis
• You are curious and proactive
• A certification of operational excellence or project management is appreciated
• An APICS certification is a plus
• This position requires fluency in English
