Consultant(e) Support PLM 3DEXPERIENCE (H/F)

As part of our development, we are looking for a 3DEXPERIENCE PLM Support Consultant (M/F). You will be responsible for supporting users in the daily use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring the proper functioning of the solutions and managing user access.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to users
• Identify, analyze and resolve incidents related to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Manage user access (creation, modification, deletion of accounts and rights)
• Administer authorizations and roles in the tools
• Support users in getting to grips with the tools
• Track and process requests via a ticketing tool
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and tools
• Write documentation and user procedures

Requirements

• Knowledge of PLM tools, ideally 3DEXPERIENCE
• Understanding of business processes (industry, product data management)
• Knowledge of access management and authorizations (IAM, roles, rights)
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Mastery of computer tools and information systems
• Good writing skills
• Sense of service and customer relations
• Organization, rigor and responsiveness
• Ability to work in a team
• Profile sought
• Higher education (computer science, engineering or equivalent)
• First experience in support or PLM environment preferred
• Interest in digital tools and new technologies
