Role Summary
Within Sopra Steria Next People Experience & Change, you will join a rapidly growing team of 220 consultants, supporting large companies and public actors in their human, organizational and digital transformation projects.
We work on strategic and operational issues around the transformation of organizations, change management, employee experience, HR transformation, skills development, adoption of digital solutions, evolution of working methods as well as support for transformations induced by artificial intelligence and new technologies.
Our teams design and deploy systems to secure the adoption of transformations, strengthen employee commitment and develop the adaptation capabilities of organizations in a constantly evolving environment.
Present in France and working with organizations in all sectors of activity, our teams contribute to meeting the major challenges of business transformation by reconciling performance, innovation and human impact.
Your roles and missions
As a consultant, you support decision-makers in HRIS departments and act on market-leading solutions.
You are at the center of your clients' business and technological challenges.
- You work in the following areas, using your skills and the methods developed within the firm:
- You conduct audits of HR systems or business processes
- You support your clients in choosing HRIS solutions
- You manage the different phases of your HRIS projects: framing, design, settings, functional and technical acceptance until final deployment
- You participate in the implementation and data migration phases
- You support the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes, by proposing your recommendations
- You design and implement change support systems
- You carry out technological monitoring of HRIS solutions and market trends
Requirements
- You have a BAC +5 degree from an engineering and/or business school, university or equivalent.
- You ideally have a first successful experience in HRIS, AMOA project management and/or one or more HR processes (recruitment, talent management, remuneration, training, etc.).
- You demonstrate curiosity and enjoy delving into complex subjects. You also stand out for your rigor, your strength of proposals and your analytical skills.
- You know how to interact with various people (HR, IT department, editors, etc.), with teaching and listening skills. Your interpersonal skills allow you to understand the needs of your customers and offer appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of one or more HRIS solutions on the market (Cegid HR, Oracle HCM, etc.) would be a plus.
