Consultant(e) sénior formation digitale - People Experience & Change – IDF H/F

Role Summary

Within Sopra Steria Next People Experience & Change, you will join a rapidly growing team of 220 consultants, supporting large companies and public actors in their human, organizational and digital transformation projects.

We work on strategic and operational issues around the transformation of organizations, change management, employee experience, HR transformation, skills development, adoption of digital solutions, evolution of working methods as well as support for transformations induced by artificial intelligence and new technologies.

Our teams design and deploy systems to secure the adoption of transformations, strengthen employee commitment and develop the adaptation capabilities of organizations in a constantly evolving environment.

Present in France and working with organizations in all sectors of activity, our teams contribute to meeting the major challenges of business transformation by reconciling performance, innovation and human impact.

Responsibilities

Your roles and missions

As a senior training consultant, you will have the opportunity to integrate large-scale projects with the Human Resources Departments, Training Academies or Transformation Programs of our various clients and you will work in the following areas using the methods developed within the firm:

• You will contribute to the development of commercial proposals
• You will support our clients in the overhaul of their training offer (framing, audit, recommendation) by offering innovative learner experience
• You will prepare and lead workshops with our clients (HR function, business experts, etc.)
• You will define educational objectives, and write synopses and storyboards
• You will design digital and blended learning training courses (synchronous and asynchronous)
• You will develop tailor-made digital training content using market tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
• You will participate in the skills development of an internal “Training” community of practice

Requirements

• You have a Bac +5 degree from a major engineering and/or business school or a recognized university, you have at least 3 minimum experiences in training professions.
• Mastering training engineering concepts (Bloom's Taxonomy, SMART objectives, Kirk Patrick model, SCORM standard) is a plus.
• You are diplomatic and with your excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt to your interlocutors in international contexts. You are recognized for the quality of your deliverables in both substance and form.
