Role Summary

Within Sopra Steria Next People Experience & Change, you will join a rapidly growing team of 220 consultants, supporting large companies and public actors in their human, organizational and digital transformation projects.

We work on strategic and operational issues around the transformation of organizations, change management, employee experience, HR transformation, skills development, adoption of digital solutions, evolution of working methods as well as support for transformations induced by artificial intelligence and new technologies.

Our teams design and deploy systems to secure the adoption of transformations, strengthen employee commitment and develop the adaptation capabilities of organizations in a constantly evolving environment.

Present in France and working with organizations in all sectors of activity, our teams contribute to meeting the major challenges of business transformation by reconciling performance, innovation and human impact.

Responsibilities

Your roles and missions

As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to integrate large-scale projects with Human Resources Departments and you will work in the following areas using the methods developed within the firm:

• You will participate in the analysis and formalization of business needs.
• You will study functional and technical framing (data modeling, UX/UI dataviz)
• You will explore and transform data (data preparation) to make it understandable and usable.
• You will support different projects and actions during critical phases of deployment, including change management.
• You will create dashboards and queries (analytics, dataviz, SQL).

Requirements

You have a Bac +5 degree from a major engineering and/or business school or a University or equivalent, you ideally have at least 3 years of experience in project management in the transformation of an HR department and/or implementation of Data solutions. (BI data analysis tools, SQL-type query languages, etc.)

• You demonstrate a certain curiosity for the field of Human Resources and you enjoy delving into complex subjects.
• You are rigorous, you have excellent analytical and relational skills. You know how to adapt to your interlocutors in international contexts.
• You are recognized for the quality of your deliverables in both substance and form.
