Integrated within our Toulouse agency, you work with our project teams on solutions for our key account clients, you work on various missions.

• Within the SAP Business line, as a functional consultant, your missions will be to:
• Actively participate in migrations to SAP S/4HANA, implementing advanced features and best practices,
• Lead design workshops and analyze customer needs,
• Design SAP solutions according to specific customer needs, taking into account sectoral developments and market trends,
• Be a key player in change management, providing ongoing training to end users and ensuring successful adoption of new solutions,
• Supervise and lead a project team,
• Ensure technological monitoring

In addition, you may be required to intervene on cross-functional topics, around innovation, training facilitation/skills development/knowledge sharing within our SAP community, certifications, or any theme that motivates you.

Requirements

• You have proven experience in migrating to SAP S/4HANA
• You demonstrate advanced SAP customizing skills and an ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs
• You have excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• You are actively seeking training and certifications to maintain your expertise at the forefront of the SAP field
• As part of our projects of international dimension and culture, professional level of English required

Graduate of an engineering school, business school or equivalent with a focus in IT/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain or in Finance, you have significant experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, with expertise in at least one specific module (for example, MM, SD, FI, etc.).
