Role Summary

Within Sopra Steria Next Aéronautique, you join a team of 160 consultants supporting the main players in aeronautics and space in their transformation and innovation projects.

We work on strategic, operational and technological issues around operational excellence, the supply chain, industrial planning, engineering, operational maintenance (MCO/MRO), digital transformation and the adoption of new technologies, notably artificial intelligence and data.

Our teams also support our clients in their organizational transformations, improvement of their industrial performance, risk management and compliance with standards and regulations in the aeronautical sector. Certified ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001, Sopra Steria Next works with its customers in compliance with the standards and requirements specific to the aeronautics industry.

Present in Paris, Toulouse and Aix-en-Provence, our teams contribute to meeting the challenges of a rapidly evolving sector, marked by the challenges of competitiveness, innovation, sustainability and sovereignty.

As part of a team of consultants, you will participate in the valorization of our clients' data with a view to supporting them in their strategic orientations and securing their critical business processes.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to missions such as

• Identification and qualification of functional, data or AI use cases with Businesses and IT
• Carrying out scoping studies using the analysis of customer data and/or artificial intelligence models
• Identification of issues and needs
• Identification and collection of data to analyze
• Formalization of management rules and indicator calculation
• Where appropriate, use of artificial intelligence models
• Building dashboards
• Analyzes and recommendations based on the results obtained
• Monitoring and adapting the performance of an AI model
• ·support for Data & AI strategy
• Carrying out maturity audits
• Strategy definition and implementation
• Establishment of a Data culture
• Participation in the implementation of a Data governance system

Requirements

• And you?
• You are a graduate of a major general engineering school or a business school, you have an IT background, an appetite for new technologies and skills in data development.
• You have 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, particularly on missions involving data analysis.
• A diplomat, your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to be comfortable with different people.
• You are: proactive, curious, proactive, rigorous, with strong oral and written analysis and synthesis skills.
