Consultant Analytics & IA Transverse DCoE - France

Role Summary

The Sopra Steria Data Center of Excellence (DCoE), a cross-functional entity in the France division, is at the heart of our clients’ Data/AI support and transformation.

Convinced that Data is the driving force behind a scalable and sustainable industrial base, built to meet business challenges, we work across the entire chain to bring value to our clients at all levels (business, IT, CxO, etc.) in conjunction with our consulting and delivery teams.

The DCOE brings together technological and methodological expertise across the entire Data value chain: from transformation strategy, to the implementation of daily use of AI, including governance and Data Cloud and on-premise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to answer strategic and operational business questions
• Participate in design and consulting workshops with clients.
• Help customers add value to their data by giving it meaning through exploration and dashboarding tools.
• Propose AI/ML solutions, including methodologies, architectures and tools, while ensuring customer support.
• Possess skills on MLOps stacks and best practices, e.g. ZenML, Dataiku, SageMaker, VertexAI, MLFlow, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Implement transformations and add value to data using SQL, Python, Java, Scala.
• Have a good knowledge of methodologies and tools related to CI/CD.
• Have mastery of at least one of the cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Framework projects, understand an RFP, develop a technical response (Audit, Roadmap, technical and software proposals) and defend it in front of a mixed audience, both technical and functional.
• Having knowledge of Snowflake or Databricks would be a major asset. (including performance optimization and reduction of usage costs).
• Carry out constant technological and academic monitoring of advances in AI.
• Following your position, you will potentially be required to carry out team management and/or intervene in solution delivery (as an expert).

Requirements

• With a Bac+5 education or higher (engineer from major schools or universities), you have at least three years of experience in an Analytics and AI Consultant position that has allowed you to acquire solid skills.
• Do you have a particular sensitivity to broader Data and AI subjects (Algorithmy, industrialization, explainability)? This will be a real asset for you to adapt to the different projects you will be in charge of.
• Comfortable with public speaking, this will allow you to present and lead workshops and meetings around AI solutions.
• Finally, you have B2 level English necessary to address our customers abroad.

As an Analytics & AI Consultant you will join our Data center of excellence, which will allow you to work with various clients in various sectors of activity (Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Telecom, Media, Games, Industry and Services) throughout France. We support delivery teams during the prospecting, pre-sales and project implementation phases.

• You will work primarily on Analytics & AI industrialization topics (data processing, quality, modeling, visualization, monitoring, innovation) while integrating best practices for industrializing AI projects at the scale of an organization.
• We work in partnership with the market's leading publishers, as well as hyperscalers.
