Consultant - Aeronautical IS Transformation - Aix en Provence M/F

Role Summary

Within Sopra Steria Next Aéronautique, you join a team of 160 consultants supporting the main players in aeronautics and space in their transformation and innovation projects.

We work on strategic, operational and technological issues around operational excellence, the supply chain, industrial planning, engineering, operational maintenance (MCO/MRO), digital transformation and the adoption of new technologies, notably artificial intelligence and data.

Our teams also support our clients in their organizational transformations, improvement of their industrial performance, risk management and compliance with standards and regulations in the aeronautical sector. Certified ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001, Sopra Steria Next works with its customers in compliance with the standards and requirements specific to the aeronautics industry.

Present in Paris, Toulouse and Aix-en-Provence, our teams contribute to meeting the challenges of a rapidly evolving sector, marked by the challenges of competitiveness, innovation, sustainability and sovereignty.

Your role and missions

• Framing and implementation of business and digital transformation projects
• Improving the operational and industrial performance of our customers (MCO, MRO, Supply chain, etc.),
• Optimizing business processes and streamlining customer journeys,
• The transformation of organizations and associated change management,
• The digital transformation of our clients' businesses by imagining the uses of tomorrow,
• The implementation of new working methods (agility, co-design, Lean-IT),
• Framing and assistance with the deployment of an ERP

Requirements

• You have an appetite for the challenges of the aeronautics and aerospace sector
• You are: proactive, curious, proactive, rigorous, with good oral and written analysis and synthesis skills
• You are interested in the transformations of society,

• You are a graduate of a major general engineering school or business school, or an equivalent university course
