Role Summary

• Management of national assembly, maintenance and reconstruction orders
• Support of the plant management
• Employee management and coordination of subordinate employees
• Interface between project management and the business site, as well as the customer
• Enforcement and communication of corporate goals and guidelines
• Cost control, quality assurance and scheduling
• Ensuring occupational safety measures
• Creating service and repair reports

Requirements

• Vocational training as an industrial mechanic (specializing in metal) with relevant professional experience, ideally a master craftsman or technician
• Ideally, experience and knowledge in handling complex assembly orders in plant engineering
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and customers
• Experience and knowledge in employee management
• Confident demeanor and high communication skills
• Resilience and assertiveness
• Expertise in using Office applications
• Business and entrepreneurial thinking
• Readiness for assembly
