Construction site manager/site supervisor (m/f/d)

Role Summary

As a construction site manager / site supervisor (m/f/d), you are a central part of our international project teams in the airport and logistics sector. You accompany our projects from planning to implementation on the construction site and ensure that quality, safety, deadlines and costs are consistent at all times. With your technical know-how and your communication skills, you will make a significant contribution to the successful completion of our plant projects.

Responsibilities

• Inclusion in project planning and close collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams
• Monitoring and coordination of all construction and assembly work on the construction site
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and BEUMER standards
• Implementation, control and further development of occupational safety measures
• Documentation of construction progress including regular status and progress reports
• Central contact person for customers, contractual partners, authorities and internal stakeholders
• Tracking material, equipment and labor costs and identifying optimization potential

Requirements

• Completed training as a mechatronics engineer or electrician with an interest in mechanical components
• Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an international environment
• Good basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, including reading circuit diagrams
• Experience in installing, commissioning or maintaining machines and systems
• Structured way of working and knowledge of project planning, organization and scheduling
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and initial leadership experience
• High willingness to travel and an internationally valid driving license
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
