Confirmed KYC File Manager

Role Summary

In this role, you ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding AML/KYC and maintain direct contact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing customer files and identify missing information.
• Research and validate data through internal systems and public sources.
• Contact customers to collect the necessary documents and information.
• Ensure follow-up of files and compliance with deadlines.
• Verify the accuracy and conformity of the documents received.
• Determine the ownership structure and identify the beneficial owners (UBO) in accordance with regulations.
• Properly record, document and archive case data.
• Ultimately, participate in the integrated processing of UBO and KYC files.

Requirements

For this challenging role, we are looking for a reliable partner capable of contributing to high-quality file processing.

Profile sought

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, file management or in a similar banking environment.
• Knowledge of UBO, KYC and AML regulations is a major asset.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
• Rigorous, analytical and organized person.
• Very good command of Dutch and French; professional level in English.
