Role Summary

  • Specific Responsibilities
  • Check the condition of the vehicle daily and report any anomaly and/or damage to the vehicle.
  • Prepare the vehicle receipt and delivery report daily at the beginning and end of the workday, either manually or through the CRONOS software.
  • Check daily the condition of the tools, first aid kit, protective elements and emergency elements of the vehicle.
  • Promptly inform the Supervisor and/or Coordinator of the vehicle's mileage for the corresponding preventive maintenance.
  • Pick up staff at the offices according to instructions previously received.
  • Move it to the corresponding work fronts and leave them back in the office.
  • Report in a timely manner about your health status and the status of the vehicle.
  • Cleaning and routine maintenance of the vehicle, under environmentally safe conditions.
  • Execute the messaging tasks of the project, according to instructions from the Immediate Manager.
  • Know and respect traffic and mobility rules.
  • If assigned to a project, follow the orders of the Laboratory Supervisor or Coordinator.
  • Ensure that the vehicle remains in optimal condition for its operation, ensure the updating and validity of both the vehicle's own and the vehicle's documents, Know and abide by traffic regulations, pay the fines imposed for violating traffic regulations, when their responsibility is proven.
  • Responsible for the tools included in the general inventory of the vehicle.
  • Responsible for the proper handling of the vehicle in your charge.
  • Responsible for reporting any new developments in the vehicle.
  • Keep track of daily tasks in the time sheet.
  • Know and apply the procedures that are related to your position.
  • Verify that the communications generated by the company comply with the relevant regulations.
  • Keep the file in your charge organized.
  • Address the operational requirements of the people assigned as immediate boss.
  • Store the vehicle daily in the parking lot designated by the company.
  • The use of the vehicle in your charge to carry out your own personal activities or that of any member of the project team is strictly prohibited. If your direct boss or someone from the work group gives you instructions for personal activities, you must refuse and immediately report to the Laboratory Coordinator and/or Laboratory Head, under penalty of incurring serious misconduct and grounds for dismissal with just cause.
  • It is prohibited to pick up employees from their homes and take them home at the end of the day, except in special situations such as night work, areas with difficult access, etc., in which case, there must be prior authorization from the Laboratory Coordinator and/or Laboratory Head.
  • Participate in training indicated by HR, OI and your immediate bosses.
  • Know and fully comply with the integrity code, driving policies and the company's no alcohol, no drugs policy.

Comply with the road commitment and other provisions of the company's PESV (Strategic Road Safety Plan).

Requirements

Academic background: N/A

  • Experience: One (1) year of related experience.
  • Technical knowledge: Defensive driving course, First aid management.
  • Requirements: Condition B1, C1 License. Active license without summons.
