Composting and Methanization Engineer M/F

Role Summary

Within the North-East Region of VEOLIA AGRICULTURE France, we are looking for a: Composting and Methanization Engineer M/F

Geographical location: Graincourt-lès-Havrincourt (62) + travel to regional sites

Under the responsibility of the Processing Agency Manager, you ensure the proper technical functioning of the composting and methanization platforms, optimize processes and guarantee regulatory compliance.

• Your missions for this position will be as follows:
• Monitoring the local deployment of national safety and business action plans in partnership with site managers
• Drafting and monitoring of regulatory files in conjunction with stakeholders (administrations, etc.) - Internal reporting

Monitoring the traceability of inputs: RED III referent in the North-East region, and in particular supervision of the production of SOPs for regional methanization sites, as well as the preparation of renewal audits

• Monitor the supply of regional internal methanization sites by referring to expected performance, biological monitoring, and available materials
• Development of activities or projects linked to platforms
• Drafting of offers or responses to calls for tender in partnership with the commercial unit
• Monitoring of site performance indicators

Requirements

• Bac +5 engineering diploma in agronomy, environment or equivalent level (junior engineer accepted)
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• You are autonomous, versatile, rigorous and have a sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Experience in the field of methanization is a plus
