Compliance control officer / ANC (M/F)

Role Summary

Within the Ouest Hérault department, the compliance control officer participates in all operations related to the compliance control of the service. As such, it operates in the following areas:

PROFESSIONS / TECHNIQUE

• Secure the intervention perimeter,
• Prepare the appropriate equipment,
• Check the regulatory compliance of sanitation installations (collective and non-collective) in accordance with the regulations in force and legal obligations
• Carry out visual and technical checks (dye tests, smoke tests, camera pass) of connections to indoor and outdoor sanitation networks
• Check the implementation and operation of non-collective sanitation systems and ensure their periodic monitoring
• Write visit reports and certificates of conformity using professional tools (tablet software) and the shared database
• Secure intervention areas and prepare appropriate equipment before each intervention
• Ensure follow-up and progress of assigned files and update information in the database

Inform and advise users on the conformity of their installations and regulatory obligations - Observe uses of water other than the public drinking water network and report anomalies

• Participate in the fight against water theft, in particular by controlling private construction sites
• Ensure maintenance of the service vehicle and equipment and report malfunctions
• Evolve in your practices according to technical and regulatory developments in the sanitation sector
• REPORTING
• Complete the intervention monitoring materials and transmit the information to the department concerned,
• Track your daily activity with the company's tools and applications,
• Report to your superiors all information (abnormalities and malfunctions) encountered... on a daily basis,

Use digital business applications.

• SAFETY-QSE
• Ensure the security of installations before and during construction sites according to their degrees of authorization,
• Apply the operating methods of the quality - safety - environment management system,

Maintain work equipment and materials in good condition.

Contribute to environmental and energy performance on all sites operated by the company,

Respect ethics and compliance rules as well as associated cross-functional and business procedures.

Requirements

• You have a BAC Pro degree and/or you have experience in the field of sanitation.
• Beyond your training, it is your ability to solve problems and your team spirit that will appeal to us. You have a sense of service and have a keen sense of security.
