Community development facilitator

Role Summary

Propose strategies and action plans for the management and/or solution of social conflicts, with the capacity to manage contingencies and local crises.

Permanently coordinate Community Relations activities, with the PR leader.

Propose the adoption of measures and activities that promote good relations with the Communities.

Channel complaints and claims received from the Authorities and Representatives of the Communities and Populated Centers

Prevent, identify and mitigate conflicts caused by the company's operation, evaluating the strategy to follow together with the HR leader. and the legal area.

Generation of strategies to reduce socio-political risk.

Socio-political monitoring of authorities, grassroots leaders and leaders.

Manage and obtain agreements, agreements, social and environmental permits for the areas of interest of the project, whether on private land, state land or communal territories.

Requirements

• Technical and/or university studies in careers related to social aspects.
• Diploma in Community Relations and Conflict Management
• Management of Quechua dialect.
• 01 - 03 years of experience in activities related to Social Responsibility, Community Relations and/or Conflict Management and Negotiations (Preferably in the mining, electricity or hydrocarbon sectors).
