Role Summary
Would you like to spend 200+ days a year traveling the world? Do you have strong electrical and IT technical skills combined with a good mechanical understanding?
Travel around the world
You will be part of our Customer Support department, Site Integration, where we carry out commissioning of our advanced sorting facilities at customers all over the world. Your primary responsibility is to test, commission and complete the handover of the systems to the customers. You participate in collaboration across the organization, both in Denmark and globally, as well as on-site with your colleagues.

Responsibilities
In addition, you will be responsible for
- Prepare and plan projects, prepare test documentation and participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) locally in Denmark before commissioning on-site
- Carry out and lead commissioning, – from mechanical and electrical control, I/O check at PLC level, to overall testing of HLC (high-level controls), and plant start-up
- Prepare and carry out tests on own deliveries, as well as with part suppliers and customers
- Document and ensure quality in relation to the technical specifications
- Take care of production monitoring and support the customer at production start-up
- Train both customers and internal colleagues in using the system.
- Your focus will always be to ensure a reliable system that meets the customers' needs and expectations and at the same time lives up to the BEUMER Group's brand as a leading supplier of innovative sorting solutions of the highest quality.
Put your skills to use in new ways
You have a technical background such as an electrician, electrical installer, machinist or similar. You have experience with PLC, IT networks and distributed I/O systems. It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar job and are used to travelling. You have control of the MS Office package, and you speak and write Danish and English at a high level. In addition, you are:
- Independent, robust and able to keep a cool head in stressful situations
- Structured and responsible in relation to your work tasks
- Curious about new technologies and able to understand complex solutions
Passionate about delivering high quality on time and within the agreed terms - and you don't give up if you don't succeed the first time.
Travel activity
You must expect travel periods of 4-8 weeks duration and a minimum of 200 travel days per year.
