Commercial Technician (Concrete)

Role Summary

Develop and expand the client portfolio, focusing on concrete plants, contractors and the prefabricated industry.

Identify new sales opportunities in construction projects.

Negotiate prices, commercial conditions and proposals within internal policies.

Ensure compliance with sales and margin objectives.

Provide technical support in the selection and correct dosage of Sika additives.

Collaborate with concrete plants to optimize formulations and performance.

Evaluate customer technical requirements.

Monitor tests in the laboratory and on site to validate performance.

Produce technical reports, formulation proposals and recommendations for use.

Requirements

Professional technician qualification

Experience: minimum 3 years proven

• In-depth understanding of the behavior of concrete and its properties in the fresh and hardened state.
• Knowledge of production processes in concrete and prefabricated plants.
• Familiarity with concrete standards and specifications (e.g. slump, resistance, durability).
• Ability to perform and interpret laboratory and construction tests.
• Mastery of MS Office and CRM tools.
