Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities and Functions

• *Data Governance and SUI Compliance: Guarantee the veracity, quality and timeliness of commercial uploads and reports to the SUI, the SSPD, the CRA and other regulatory entities, successfully leading audits and control visits.
• *Digital Transformation: Design and execute the evolution of the reporting ecosystem through the automation of workflows and implementation of advanced analytics.
• *Revenue Assurance: Validate the record of income from billing of the regulated service, managing financial commitments, incentives and payments to third parties under strict corporate policies.
• *Support to Steering Committees: Consolidate and analyze income and collection information to provide traceability and critical support in the strategic decision making of senior management.
• *Integrated Management Systems (IMS): Ensure compliance in internal and external audits (Icontec, Statutory Audit Office, SGI), guaranteeing compliance with current accounting and operational standards.
• Education: Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related areas. Specialization in Commercial Management, Finance, Data Analytics or similar is desirable.
• Technical Skills: Advanced command of data analysis tools (advanced Excel / Power BI) and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to process optimization.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of specific and verifiable experience in the home public services sector.
