Commercial Management Analyst - Coffee Barista Mass Consumption

Role Summary

Provide operational and analytical support to the commercial team according to the management and control of sell out, inventories and delivery scheduling, guaranteeing efficient execution for the operation.

• The challenges of the position
• Update of sell out, daily, weekly and monthly sales by channel and category, analyzing consumption trends and product rotation
• Monitoring promotions or commercial activities with an impact on sell out and monitoring inventory levels in stores and distribution centers

Support in the reconciliation of stocks between the supplier and supermarket systems, identifying products with overstock or risk of bankruptcy, supporting the demand planning process

Manage the creation and scheduling of appointments for merchandise delivery, coordinating with the logistics or transportation area to ensure on-time deliveries and confirm compliance with reception windows established by the supermarket.

Monitoring of billing in the system to validate payments, coordinating with the accounts payable area to resolve incidents.

Closing of the curriculum in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related degree.
