Role Summary

To support this mission, the Syngenta Hiring Team is seeking a Jr Commercial Intelligence Analyst in São Paulo/SP.

Experience / Differentiators

• Experience in similar positions (BI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data).
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS Redshift, Azure SQL or Google BigQuery).
• Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas/SQLAlchemy).

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize data automation flows using Alteryx.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring the integrity of the ETL layer.
• Perform complex queries, modeling and optimization of databases in SQL.
• Ensure data governance: quality, standardization, documentation and maintenance of existing databases.
• Support the commercial team in ad-hoc analysis and data investigations.
• Integrate data between different systems and sources, ensuring consistency in information.
• Collaborate on projects with IT, business areas and units, contributing data expertise.
• Propose continuous improvements in analysis processes and solutions.

Requirements

Completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related areas.

Soft Skills

• Analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity to learn new technologies.
• Good communication to understand the needs of business users.
