Role Purpose: Provide operational and commercial support to VSI's transactional sales force, with the purpose of guaranteeing the growth and maintenance of strategic clients from the various regions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily audit and verification of the services provided to the Keralty client, validating that the information registered in the Rh matches the information registered in Tecniapp ● Guarantee the daily closure of the Keralty hospital route ● Support the Operational Control area in the monthly generation of service settlements to be able to invoice the Keralty client ● Communicate with the different Keralty headquarters so that they accept the invoice ● Keep the Keralty dash board updated ● Keep the Keralty ANS information updated ● Creation of new clients ● Provide attention and support to customer requirements, complaints, news reports, adjustment requests (Keralty) ● Support the loading of the adjustment report of the news presented in the billing consolidated. ● Follow up on the execution of adjustments and reconcile consolidated billing statements with the client. ● Prepare the monthly report by CDR headquarters ● Manage with the supplier the CDR minutes to be delivered to each headquarters ● Assemble by process the credit notes of clients at a national level ● Carry out the fulfillment of their functions and activities in an ethical and obedient manner, in accordance with the requirements of the organization's anti-bribery management system and anti-bribery laws. ● Detect and/or report any irregularity that may constitute acts of corruption and/or bribery of which you are aware, through the reporting channel established for this purpose by velalia. ● Perform other functions complementary to the position, assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Training: Environmental and/or Administrative Technologist, Desirable customer service courses and technological tools.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in administrative and/or operational support positions.
• Requirement: Have your own vehicle and up-to-date documents.
