COLLECTIONS ANALYST GBS

Role Summary

As a Collections Analyst, you will be a key member of the Order to Cash (O2C) team, responsible for managing the collection of outstanding customer payments. Your primary duties will involve contacting clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to ensure timely payments, focusing on selected accounts based on aging reports. Additionally, you will work closely with the O2C team to manage customer payments, manage deductions, resolve disputes and escalate issues to local finance and operations teams when necessary.

Responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer payment statuses, completing reconciliations, and ensuring all collection activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. You will also play an important role in process improvement initiatives, working alongside the O2C Manager and cross-functional teams to improve picking processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Academic bachelor's degree required.
• Technician, technologist or professional in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related careers (desirable).
