Collection equipment driver F/M

Role Summary

Within the Business Services Department of the North Normandy Territory, you will be attached to the Heudebouville agency.

Under the authority of the Operations Manager of the industrial waste sector, you will ensure the collection of waste from customers to the outlet.

Your position will mainly be on a customer site in Alizay.

In the technical field

• You ensure the collection and handling of waste at the customer's premises while respecting procedures and instructions
• You are responsible for the proper execution of the service provided and the vehicle driven (daily maintenance, servicing, cabin and chassis cleanliness).

In the commercial field

• You inform the hierarchy of any request or need for additional services from a client or prospect.
• You guarantee the proper implementation of the specifications in order to ensure the corresponding invoicing.
• You report customer complaints and dissatisfaction to your hierarchy.

In the area of security

• You respect the instructions relating to safety, in particular when using the equipment, emptying it at processing centers and collecting it on external sites.
• You wear the work clothing and personal protective equipment provided to you.
• You ensure the proper functioning of the safety-related elements present on the vehicle.
• You immediately report to management any security problems encountered (staff, colleagues, third parties, equipment, etc.).
• You apply the gestures and postures appropriate to the job.

In the field of management

• You comply with the weighing rules according to the activity sites.
• You complete the various documents (paper and/or computerized OT monitoring) reporting on your activity.
• You debrief your tour with the operating staff.

Requirements

• Having an EC license, a valid FIMO and an up-to-date driver card, you have experience driving a truck with trailer.
• You are versatile and have acquired skills in driving carts (CACES 3 - 5).
• You are available to carry out customer on-call duties on Saturday and Sunday in rotation with the rest of the team.
• You have mechanical knowledge, as well as good customer relations.
• You have an interest in driving, professionalism and rigor as well as respecting safety instructions.
