Collection and Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with the portfolio budget through the execution of collection campaigns.
• Manage and permanently monitor the assigned portfolio, guaranteeing the traceability of the collection actions carried out.
• Contact clients through different collection channels, including email, phone calls, text messages and field visits when required.
• Follow up on payment agreements, bank reconciliations, account cross-checks and portfolio quality control.
• Manage PQRS related to the portfolio and support the preparation of reports, audits and credit studies.
• Support the implementation and operation of portfolio management tools and track blocking and unblocking of clients in the system.

Requirements and Key Competencies

Training

• Technician or Technologist in Administrative, Accounting or related areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in equivalent positions related to billing, collection or portfolio management.

Languages

• No specific language required.

Technical Knowledge

• Collection and portfolio management. • Bank reconciliations. • Payment agreements and customer monitoring. • Credit studies. • Document management and preparation of reports.

Competencies

Tool Management

• Intermediate Excel (desirable). • Portfolio management tools and information systems.
