Role Summary
We are looking for junior employees to strengthen our teams spread across several offices (New York, Miami, Boston, San Francisco)
You will join our expert teams to carry out varied missions with them: advice and assistance in setting up businesses, accounting review, administrative and social assistance, international taxation, etc.
You will work in a firm where French and English are used equally and in which communication and teamwork are essential to the success of your missions.
Responsibilities
The associate responsibilities will be
Responsible for a portfolio of clients to handle from A to Z:
- Write-up work, Quickbooks, etc. To include: entering checks and deposits, preparing bank reconciliations, preparing and entering journal entries, etc.
*Payrolls to process
- Sales tax
- Correspondence with IRS, states, compliance institutions
- Prepare client financial statements on timely matter depending on clients needs (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Requirements
Profile wanted
Bac+3 +3/5 training (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA,)
You have at least 2 years of experience in similar functions within an accounting and/or auditing firm.
- You are autonomous and proactive. You are recognized for your seriousness and dynamism
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written operational English
- Available as quickly as possible for 12 to 18 months minimum
- Sponsorship, costs of your J1 social security visa will be covered by the firm.

- Bachelor or MS in accounting/tax
*2 Years Experience in a CPA/accounting firm is required
