As a CNC operator, you can contribute to production by managing our CNC machines and supervising the production process.

  • ►Operation of processing machines (milling machine or external boring, heat treatment, straightening, thread processing, grinding, surface repair processing)
  • ►Setting the appropriate parameters based on the measurements of the pieces
  • ►Data provision for daily production meetings
  • ►Filling out the administrative documentation of the production
  • ►Manual material handling in the production area
  • ►Supervision and support of the production process
  • ►Recognition and indication of errors
  • ►Provision of TPM (minor maintenance) tasks
  • ►Keeping machines and their environment clean
  • ►Continuous maintenance of 5S
  • ►Tool and program correction
  • ►Assembling, measuring and documenting tools
  • ►Performing necessary measurements and checks
  • ►Thorough knowledge and use of manual measuring devices and machine measuring devices (caliper, height gauge, indometer, micrometer)
  • ►Reading drawings
  • ►Continuous (4 shifts) work schedule
  • Expectations

We are looking for a candidate who has a CNC machine operator or technician degree and has user-level computer skills. (word, excel, outlook). It is important to have a sense of quality, always keeping quality in mind, good dexterity, tolerance for monotony. Knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
