Role Summary
The systems specialist is part of a self-organized team and contributes to the development of innovative web solutions. The incumbent participates in the design, definition and validation of complex cloud system solutions. He actively contributes to the drafting of detailed technical specifications and the implementation of automated testing strategies, relying in particular on artificial intelligence tools and techniques.
The incumbent acts as a link between business needs and the software development teams in order to guarantee the consistency, robustness and compliance of the systems delivered.
The software developed by the team must be efficient, reliable and stylish in order to allow our customers to use our non-destructive testing inspection management solutions, daily and efficiently. Our web applications deliver exceptional rendering quality using Angular, with Microsoft Azure and the .NET ecosystem
Responsibilities
Needs analysis and concept development
- Participate in the analysis, understanding and popularization of customer needs;
- Participate in the development of concepts for new software features;
- Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions;
Present and explain the solutions to the various stakeholders.
System requirements and features
- Translate business needs into clear, testable and verifiable technical requirements.
- Participate in the definition of functional and non-functional system requirements;
- Ensure the traceability of requirements throughout the development cycle (from definition to validation).
Collaboration and product development
- Collaborate closely with the development, UX/UI design, cybersecurity and DevOps teams;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrums, planning, retrospectives);
Verification and validation of products
- Validate that the products meet user expectations;
- Implement verification and validation strategies;
- Design and implement automated testing strategies for system validation;
- Use artificial intelligence tools to generate test cases. optimize test coverage and automatically identify anomalies or regressions;
- Validate that products fully comply with our cyber security policies;
- Analyze test results and document discrepancies;
Continuous improvement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering and automation processes;
- Ensure technological monitoring of AI tools applied to testing and development.
- Participate in technical and cybersecurity audits.
Requirements
Technical skills
- BAC in engineering (computer science, software, electrical, systems) + 3 years of experience or equivalent;
- Have contributed significantly to product development;
- Good understanding of system engineering concepts (requirements, architecture, validation);
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing systems;
- Experience with writing structured technical documentation;
- Basic experience in functional test automation;
- Interest or experience with artificial intelligence applied to testing (e.g. data generation, automatic analysis);
- Knowledge of Agile development methods;
- Strong interest in the field of non-destructive testing;
- Basic knowledge of programming (Python, C++, C#, etc.), an asset;
- Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. code co-pilots, test assistants);
- Notions in cybersecurity, an asset;
Intermediate English.
