Role Summary
- Job details
- Design leader who performs clock/reset or PAD specification design and circuit design for automotive SoC (R-Car series)
- [Recruitment background]
As automobiles become increasingly electrified and intelligent, in-vehicle SoCs are positioned as a core technology that supports the performance and functionality of cars.
The R-Car series has continued to evolve as a large-scale SoC that highly integrates many different SoC IPs, including CPU, high-speed interface, memory, AI/video, functional safety, and security.
In order to improve value, there are strict requirements for frequency and power consumption, and careful clock control, reset control, and power supply control within the SoC are essential elements. In addition, it is extremely important to consider terminal control at the specification stage to satisfy multiple customer requirements.
Our department is responsible for the design and development of key components in the development of automotive SoC products, and we are currently recruiting for a design leader for clock/reset circuits, PAD (LSI terminals), and function selection circuits.
- [IP to be developed]
- ・Clock control mechanism/reset mechanism/power control mechanism and its peripheral circuits
- ・PAD (LSI terminal) and function selection circuit
- [Job details]
- ・Making concepts and targets concrete from requirements
- ・Grand design of function/verification strategy
- ・DFT (Design for Test) and grand design of test strategy
- ・Characteristic evaluation/evaluation strategy planning
- ・Technical leadership of logic design and verification team
- [Rewarding work]
・We are leading the technology in terms of SOC chip development in the development of systems for autonomous driving and car comfort.
・We are looking for people who can take on the challenge of designing the world's largest SoC and cutting-edge technology, and competing on the global stage.
qualification
[MUST]
・Development experience related to clock/reset/power control in digital front-end design or experience in design and function selection circuits around PAD (terminals) (3 years or more)
- ・Digital circuit design and verification experience
- ・English communication skills
- ・Development experience in Linux environment
- [WANT] ・Logic synthesis experience
- ・Experience in timing design and creating timing constraints
