Clinical studies project assistant - M/F

Role Summary

As part of the development of our activities in Biomedical Research, we are looking for a Clinical Studies Project Assistant to support project coordinators in the pre and post-analytical management of biological samples.

You will evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment, guaranteeing compliance with quality procedures, health and safety rules, as well as deadlines linked to clinical studies.

Responsibilities

Your main missions

• Ensure logistical monitoring and administrative management of clinical studies
• Perform recording and monitoring of biological samples
• Identify, collect and transmit anomalies
• Select and monitor logistics subcontractors
• Update databases and participate in documentary archiving
• Plan the maintenance of climatic chambers
• Ensure monitoring of sample libraries

Participate in the customer billing process.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +2 training or equivalent experience
• A first experience in the field of health, laboratory or clinical research is appreciated
• Good sense of organization and administrative rigor
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Sense of priorities and compliance with quality procedures.
