Clinical Assistant - Cosmetics (M/F) (CDD)

Role Summary

As a clinical assistant, you are in charge of carrying out clinical studies on the Martillac and Talence sites in compliance with protocols and conditions consistent with requirements. You maintain the premises and equipment in compliance to ensure the safety of volunteers and the reliability of the studies.

Prepare and carry out studies

Prepare the studies: documents, products, equipment, room, etc. Ensure the presence of the products to be tested and collect them from the Martillac Products department Check the conformity of the equipment, the room and the conditions of the study before the start Manage the stock of consumables and ensure compliance with the standards Carry out the technical part of the studies and collect reactions (sensations, undesirable effects, etc.) Enter the raw data Report the information in the event of a reaction during the studies

Prepare the questionnaires

Create questionnaires if no proposal from the client Collect questionnaires already proposed by clients Have them validated by the coordinator Ensure translation into English if necessary

Manage volunteers

Carry out visits for the first registration of volunteers Welcome volunteers, inform them about constraints and requirements Collect consent from volunteers Prepare compensation for volunteers

Summarize the results

Report the raw data on the summary table Check your data Summarize the raw data Prepare the summary results Ensure the traceability and quality of the data

Requirements

• You hold a Bac+2 type BTS MECP cosmetic option with 3 to 5 years of experience in a clinical study testing laboratory
• Know-how
• Good color vision (discrimination of erythema)
• Know the GCP (Good Clinical Practices) and cosmetology

Know the evaluation studies of cosmetic products.

• Good level of English (read and spoken)
• Have computer skills (office tools)
• Knowing how to report
• Being able to discern a problem
• Know how to manage stressful situations
