The Pangkal Pinang City Team is an established team responsible for running Grab business and operations in the cities within the region. City Operations Team is responsible for all cities budgets and targets by collaborating with other internal stakeholders from multiple functions.

Get to Know the Role

As a City Associate, you will help support the daily operations, contributing to the development and improvement of our vibrant city of Padang. You will be directly report to the Manager. The role will be onsite and you will be based in Pangkal Pinang.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Assist in coordinating and managing multiple city projects.

Implement and oversee the operational strategy at the city level, focusing on enhancing both mobility and delivery services to meet local demands.

Oversee the entire lifecycle management of Grab Driver Partners, from the initial recruitment and onboarding process to ongoing engagement and support activities.

Lead project management efforts by breaking down complex problems, formulating hypotheses, conducting tests, and guiding projects through to successful implementation while ensuring that outcomes are sustainable.

Collaborate with specialized teams to launch and promote new products and services that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.

Requirements

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A minimum of Bachelors/Master's degree, preferably in management, analytics, business or engineering, or any relevant experiences.
• 2+ years of experience in city management or in the field of sales/revenue generator.
• Experienced in leading teams and the ability to connect with people across teams/functions
• Experience and exposure to business process management, identifying, assessing, and controlling risk, and successful initiatives execution
