Role Summary

• Temporary Candidate Pool – Various Roles
• Location: U.S. (Remote, Hybrid, and On-site opportunities may be available)
• Employment Type: Temporary / Short-Term Assignments (3-6 months)
• Department: Multiple Departments Across CIEE

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by role and department, but may include :

Provide sales, outreach, enrollment, and customer service support by responding to inquiries and guiding students and parents through program options via email, phone, and virtual platforms

• Support study abroad and international exchange programs through admissions, advising, and program operations
• Communicate clearly and professionally through written correspondence, presentations, and documentation
• Maintain CRM and program data, including data entry, record management, reporting, and system updates
• Collaborate with domestic and international colleagues to support program goals and organizational priorities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Some college required Bachelor’s degreepreferred
• Experience or interest insales, customer service, program coordination, or project support
• International education or study abroad experience isa plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working withstudents, parents, and underrepresented populations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to project-basedwork
• Adaptability, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment and within tight deadlines
• Ability to take initiative and be flexible
• Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented

Computer skills, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Salesforce is a plus.

Additional Details

• Temporary assignments may be full-time or part-time and vary in length.
• Roles may be remote, hybrid, or on-site, depending on business needs, and some travel may be required.
• Some positions may require specific language skills or technical expertise.

• Compensation will range from $20-30 per hour.
