• Production of high-quality chocolate products (e.g. chocolates, bars, hollow figures)
• Creative development of new recipes and products
• Professional processing and tempering of couverture
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

• Completed training as a chocolatier, pastry chef or comparable qualification
• Experience in dealing with chocolate and confectionery products
• Creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Teamwork, reliability and quality awareness
• Enjoy working with food and interest in new trends
