• How can you contribute to the development of society?
• You will lead the technology team, support its development and set up an efficient organization of work in the assigned department.
• Your responsibility will be the preparation and optimization of production processes, technological procedures and production documentation for series production.
• You will cover the introduction of new projects from the sampling phase to the successful start of series production.
• You will focus on analyzing and improving production efficiency, identifying losses and proposing measures leading to increased productivity and reduced costs.
• You will work closely with production, engineering and other departments to ensure smooth production, meeting deadlines and required quality.

Requirements

• What do we need to know about you?
• You graduated from a technical field, ideally with a focus on mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• You are already well versed in technology in a manufacturing company and can build on previous experience.
• Experience with leading or coordinating a smaller team will be an advantage for you.
• Organization of work, communication across departments and the search for practical solutions are close to you.
• You have already encountered lean production, process optimization or the introduction of new projects into production.
• You can handle normal work communication in English or German.
• You work with a PC routinely.
• Independence, responsibility, the ability to determine priorities and orientation to results belong to your work style.
