• Support and advice for international customers as well as regular Viennese guests
• Taking orders and booking them with Orderman/cash register system
• Running a service station
• Food and beverage service
• Operating the cash register and orderman systems
• Mise en Place
• Cleanliness in the work area

Requirements

• Gastronomic training and professional experience in service or coffee house service
• Polite and very well-groomed and friendly demeanor
• Independent and clean way of working as well as the highest quality awareness
• Communicative and service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as resistance to stress
