Role Summary

Do you want to help shape how businesses are built around AI?

The next few years will not be decided by who adopts AI, but by who dares to rebuild their business around it. That's where we come in. As one of Norway's leading consulting companies, we help our customers do just this - and now we are looking for a Chief Agentic Officer to lead that job.

An agent operating model is not about adding AI on top of what the customer is already doing. It's a redesign of how the organization creates value – where humans and AI agents work side-by-side, at scale, executing entire end-to-end workflows. We do not build a new layer on top of the customer's processes. We redraw them - together with them.

Requirements

This professional field is so new that no one has a lot of time in it. Therefore, we are not looking for a finished product, but for a technological pioneer. You probably have a background as a solution architect, senior consultant or technology manager. Perhaps you also have management experience. In recent years, you have gone deeper into agent development and autonomous systems, and you have seen how this can be used for more than demos and PoCs.

You are curious, confident in your own expertise and comfortable challenging established truths. You are able to see both technology, people and organization in context, and you are triggered by being where things are not yet fully defined.

Central work tasks

You will play a central role in further developing our service offering within agent AI, and can own one or more services from idea to delivery. You will be a clear professional beacon, both internally and externally, and closely monitor developments within agency systems. You translate technological breakthroughs into concrete business opportunities for management and customers.

As a consultant, you step into key roles with customers to lead strategic AI initiatives. You work closely with both decision-makers and technical teams, and help to build a bridge between ambition and implementation. At the same time, you design and prototype robust, secure and innovative agency solutions, and know what is required to move them out of the sandbox and into stable, value-creating operation.

We think you have the following in your luggage

You have experience from the consulting industry or similar roles where you have worked closely with both technical environments and decision-makers at management level. You have a strong technical foundation and a good understanding of modern architecture for agentic AI. You communicate as well with a CEO as with a developer, and you lead through professional authority, enthusiasm and collaboration. You are able to gather people around a common direction, even when you do not have a formal mandate.
