Role Summary

Your role as Centralist

At Bosch RMS, as a dispatcher you are at the heart of our control room and you are the driving force behind our services. You ensure that reports are processed correctly from A to Z and that customers - internal and external - are always central. Using the most modern systems, you provide a listening ear, think along and provide clear solutions. In addition to handling reports, you also support installers in connecting new systems, so that our customers can always count on reliable and safe total solutions.

What do you offer?

Diploma in Emergency Center Operator (BoCA or VoCA) or MBO diploma in Security Guard 2.

Strong oral and written communication, concise reporting.

Decisive, independent, stress-resistant and quick to respond.

Being able to set priorities and maintain control in situations.

Willingness to work irregular 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Working with multiple systems and workstations; ensure correct and efficient processing.
• Receive, assess and process reports according to pre-established action protocols, with an eye for customer developments.
• Answer and process incoming telephone calls in a customer-friendly and professional manner, including following identification protocols.
• Monitoring and processing incoming e-mail traffic during the service, with priorities being set correctly.
• Supporting technicians with new customer connections by processing technical data in the system and exchanging them correctly.
• Actively keep up-to-date knowledge and skills required for the position.
• Following training as a camera observer where necessary.
